    What gorgeous blues! I can't remember the correct name for the tree, but my mom always called it a shag bark tree. I think?!

    It looks like a black walnut shell to me. I never noticed that the interior is heart shaped before. Very cool!

    I would guess a Hickory Nut that you found lying around under the tree. Squirrels love them too. Great drawings always!
