Waiting by the stream

My husband was taking our dog, Cleo, for a swim so I did a quick sketch of the roadside fence (mighty old fence!) while I waited for them to finish. I've been gone for a while. Cat bit me really bad and I had to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics 5 days in a row. I've been missing everyone and I'm glad to be back.

    What a nice sketch! I really love outlines like these, and it's much more meaningful than just render pictures using software ^^

    Nice sketch! Terrible about the cat bite. I hope that wasn't your own pet that bit you so badly! I'm pretty scarred up myself from cats and dogs!

    Sorry to hear about the injury - hope you are all healed up now. I really like the sketch - I think it is because of the angle of the posts. Your sketch is a bit different to the way that old fences are often depicted.
